Tara Byrnes is an experienced HR consultant with over 20 years’ combined experience across human resources and broader business roles.
With qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, and Leadership, Tara has worked across a diverse range of industries including Mining, Construction, Manufacturing, Transport, Retail, Indigenous Affairs, and Local Government. This breadth of experience allows her to understand the operational realities organisations face, not just the theory behind HR.
Tara is a Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Tara and her team work closely with leaders and managers to address all sized people issues, strengthen capability, and build compliant, productive workplaces.
